Bruschetta with garlic herb bread
An easy appetizer to have before dinner or a yummy snack with a wine night in! I like to serve this in a bowl with the bread on the side so it doesn’t get soggy but you can also assemble it and place it on a serving platter. I usually top it with Parmesan cheese and a little balsamic reduction.

Ingredients:
6 Roma tomatoes, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
About 1/4 cup Basil leaves, sliced
Celtic sea salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Directions:
Prepare your tomatoes, minced garlic, and basil leaves then add to a bowl.
Add a little bit of olive oil (approximately 2 tbs) Celtic sea salt, and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Ingredients for garlic herb bread:
French baguette sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
2tbs butter
Thyme
Rosemary
2 garlic cloves minced
Directions:
set oven to 300
Heat butter, garlic + spices in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 seconds until butter is melted
Brush onto sliced bread
Place in the oven for about 12 minutes
